Shanda company leads Chinese video game company

Every entertainment business wants to survive in the intensely competitive market, but only a few of them are successful. What makes them successful? In entertainment business, leadership and perspective of market forecasting are the most important.  Flannery’s article,“House of FlyingFingers” shows that  Chinese game  businesses can win the market by using different management  styles and leadership insights.

He played an important role in building up MIR.  He drove Shan Da company in the   NY stock exchange.  Shanda Interactive Company. it extends to every city of China and has became the biggest Internet company in China under its president Chen Tian Qiao. It also leads many small Chinese Video game companies enter this internet market. Chinese entertainment businesses have been growing rapidly, but Shanda is the first online gaming company. At the beginning Shanda was a small company which collaborated with Disney recording company but Chen Tian Qiao found that the computer game was very popular in USA, so he focused on Chinese market and decided to create computer games.  Online games have become a new power that influences China’s internet economy. The online entertainment businesses want to expand the market place should have their own internet platform for players. President Chan is going to introduce a new gaming system called Shan Da Station, the biggest internet platform in China. Now this Platform can play 3D games and collaborate with World of Warcraft ( WOW ) which is Korean company.  Chinese population has grown quickly causing growth in entertainment business. People are not only focused on real life entertainment but also online virtual entertainment. Some PC -game companies have begun to develop games for smart phones. So, the computer game has influenced the economy of China because of its demand. In China the entertainment business grew between 1999 and now.
